In Addition

I realized I forgot to answer some questions from the comment section. I apparently have an advisor, but they were named via snail mail that went home, so, I don't currently have the name off the top of my head, and I did pick the classes myself online.

What do I want for x-mas? Heck, coming home safe is fine with me too! People have sent me enough care package stuff throughout the year, so I really don't feel like asking for anything!

Perhaps he could smooth the path for a Knox alum; I shall have to look in to that.

No calculus. He he he. Sadly, I have not taken a math class since High School being as I scored a 5 (thank you Mr. P!!!) on the AP Calc exam and that got me calculus credit, and Knox didn't require any beyond that. That is not to say, however, that I did not use math in college. I used it quite a bit in chemistry, biochemistry, and physics. And a little bit in that worthless computer science class I took where the teacher said everyone was cheating, and gave 17 people F's, and tried to take me to the honor board. Oddly enough, for some reason my case never came up. I think it was becaues it was the last one she tried to send in and the school had realized she was "cracked" at that point. However, perhaps calculus would be a good thing to go back and take a refresher on if I can fit it in to my schedule. :-)

Motorcycle course. Yes, yes. I want to get a bike. I am caving in to the current "cool" trend. Plus, for just travelling around during good weather, they get decent mileage. Boo to ridiculous fuel costs.

TeddY2K out!

Wow, two postings in a row.

For clarification purposes, does transfer of authority date mean when you guys step down? And then start you way back home? Or do you stick around to provide support after the TOA? Had several folks ask me what the normal sequence is.

Church had their cantata today, and lots of folks asked after you. They are anxiously awaiting your safe return.

Two weeks until Christmas. Make sure to watch the DVDs we sent to you. When you get home we can watch "We're No Angels" together. Our family Christmas will be when you get here.

Be careful out there.

Ok, so Dad got one first comment.
Our church SS program today.
Trenton helped with props, sound familiar Ali? Friends of your folks, asked about you as he does every Sunday.
Weather was warmer today, got to sit on front porch for a couple of hours.
Good to read new postings.

Hi Sean - Just got home from theFranklin/Washington "Christmas" Program. I say that tongue in cheek because I think they actually called it a Holiday Program -too politically correct for my taste. I'm on my own mini rampage to say Merry Christmas as much as I can. Not only did I put up a bulletin board in the hall saying Merry Christmas, it said Merry Christmas in about 15 different languages. Ah, I digress. I was actually going to say your Mom did a wonderful job (as always) playing the music for the program tonight. She should also get flowers for all the time and effort she puts into the two programs. I think everyone's best (late) Christmas present would be you home safe and sound. Thank you to you and all the other soldiers for all you are doing. Stay safe. Peg Wills

Hey, son.

Hope all goes well with the elections today!

Dad and I are going on a 'rescue mission' this weekend to bring the poor old fire-wagon back from the far off reaches of southern Illinois. We're renting a car trailer, since the transmission could self destruct at top speed on the interstate!

Keep safe.

Teddy

My mom heard something on the radio about some troops coming home to galesburg this weekend. Do you know any of those guys? Any of them with you? She also heard that another group would be coming home after christmas. I would assume that would be you (from the hits I have picked up on and from news from other people)

Keep safe man

Chad
